These are the top 10 SP from around MLB the past week:

1. Hunter Greene, Cincinnati Reds

Ragans finished last week with a 1.50 ERA, 0.67 WHIP, and 11 strikeouts in 6.0 innings.

5. Drew Rasmussen, Tampa Bay Rays
