The NFL Draft is less than 10 days away, and thus far, every team still retains its own first-round selection. As we all know, a lot can change, so keep following DrRoto.com’s NFL Draft coverage as we try to predict the trades that will happen and the selections that will be made. Let us know if you agree or disagree with your team’s choice!
1. Tennessee Titans—QB Cam Ward, Miami
Lock this one in as Ward is the closest thing this draft has to a franchise quarterback.
2. Cleveland Browns—CB/WR Travis Hunter, Colorado
Hunter is somewhat polarizing as to his true position, but no one can deny his talent.
3. New York Giants—Edge Abdul Carter, Penn State
The Giants passed on Micah Parsons years ago. If they pass on Carter, they need to fire the GM immediately.
4. New England Patriots—OT Will Campbell, LSU
Mike Vrabel knows that protecting Drake Maye will be the key to getting the Patriots back to the playoffs.
5. Jacksonville Jaguars—DT Mason Graham, Michigan
This might be a pick where a team (Chicago?) trades up to get Graham, who is a force on defense.
6. Las Vegas Raiders—RB Ashton Jeanty, Boise State
Pete Carroll knows he needs a running game if he wants any chance of competing.
7. New York Jets—TE Tyler Warren, Penn State
The Jets are doing a lot of homework on Warren, who has Brock Bowers-type talent.
8. Carolina Panthers—Edge Jaylon Walker, Georgia
Expect Carolina to trade out of this spot, as a lot of teams are incredibly high on Walker.
9. New Orleans Saints—QB Shedeur Sanders, Colorado
Kellen Moore starts his tenure with the Saints, getting a young quarterback that he can build around. Deion has already given his blessing too.
10. Chicago Bears—OT Armand Membou, Missouri
Ben Johnson knows the only way the Bears win is if they protect Caleb Williams.
11. San Francisco 49ers—OT Kelvin Banks Jr., Texas
San Francisco needs to do a better job of protecting Purdy
12. Dallas Cowboys—WR Tet MacMillan, Arizona
This draft is deep at running back, so Jerry takes the top WR off the board to pair with Lamb.
13. Miami Dolphins—CB Will Johnson, Michigan
Miami needs a shutdown CB badly.
14. Indianapolis Colts—TE Colston Loveland, Michigan
The Colts have been desperate for a TE ever since Dallas Clark retired.
15. Atlanta Falcons—Edge Mike Green, Marshall
Atlanta desperately needs to improve its pass rush.
16. Arizona Cardinals—DE Shemar Stewart, Texas A&M
Stewart has a big-time motor and will help improve the Cardinals pass rush dramatically.
17. Cincinnati Bengals—Edge Mykel Williams, Georgia
A definite need pick if Cincinnati has playoff aspirations.
18. Seattle Seahawks—OT Grey Zabel, North Dakota State
Seattle continues to reshape its offense, adding an OL who has big-time upside.
19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers—S Malaki Starks, Georgia
Starks can be an impact player in Tampa’s secondary.
20. Denver Broncos—RB Omarion Hampton, North Carolina
As soon as Dallas decided to pass on Hampton, Sean Payton makes sure to get the player who can spark the Broncos’ run game.
21. Pittsburgh Steelers—DT Kelvin Grant, Michigan
The Steelers might move down to take a QB a few picks later, but if they stay at 21, Grant would fortify an aging DL.
22. Los Angeles Chargers—WR Matthew Golden, Texas
Jim Harbaugh knows he needs an immediate upgrade from Quentin Johnston.
23. Green Bay Packers—DT Derrick Harmon, Oregon
Green Bay needs to improve its pass rush.
24. Minnesota Vikings—S Nick Emmanwori, South Carolina
With all the great passing attacks in their division, Minnesota takes a player who could start relatively quickly.
25. Houston Texans—OT Josh Simmons, Ohio State
Don’t be surprised to see Houston take as many as three OL in this draft.
26. Los Angeles Rams—WR Emeka Egbuka, Ohio State
Egbuka gives Matthew Stafford a slot receiver to replace Cooper Kupp.
27. Baltimore Ravens—Edge Donovan Ezeiruaku, Boston College
Baltimore’s pass rush needs an influx of young talent.
28. Detroit Lions—LB Jihaad Campbell, Alabama
If Campbell is there, Detroit might move down as they can get a ransom for the pick.
29. Washington Commanders—CB Jahdae Barron, Texas
Lattimore seems to have lost a step, and Barron could be special.
30. Buffalo Bills—CB Maxwell Hairston, Kentucky
Buffalo desperately needs to add a shutdown corner, and Hairston is a good one.
31. Kansas City Chiefs—OL Josh Conerly, Jr., Oregon
Kansas City needs to improve their OL, and Conerly has big-time upside.
32. Philadelphia Eagles—DT Walter Nolen, Ole Miss
Philadelphia continues to fortify a strength as they can’t pass on Nolen.
