Last Weeks Record: 11-7-1

Past Two Weeks Record: 23-13-2

Ryan McMahon MORE than 0.5 Runs

He is easily the best hitter on the Rockies team this season. He also scores a lot of runs when playing in Colorado and has seven runs scored in his past nine home games. His numbers across the board are better at home, which shouldn’t come as any surprise with his home stadium being Coors Field. He has a solid matchup tonight against RHP Bryse Wilson, who has allowed 12 ER in his past nine innings on the road.

Yainer Diaz  MORE than 7.5 Fantasy Points

Diaz has been hot lately. He is riding a 10-game hitting streak, and he has four three-hit games in his past five games overall. He is in a great matchup today against Yariel Rodriguez, who has a 5.94 ERA and 1.92 WHIP this season. Rodriguez also doesn’t go deep into his outings, which means that Diaz is likely to see at least two at-bats today against a bad Jays bullpen.

David Peterson MORE than 4.5 Strikeouts

Despite some issues with free passes, Peterson has pitched better as of late. In his past two starts, he has allowed just three ER in 10.1 innings. What is more interesting is that in his three starts prior, he has just six strikeouts combined. However, in his past two, he recorded six and then eight. The 4.5 number seems low based on how he has been pitching, and he was able to get all those K’s against good lineups: the Yankees and Rangers. Tonight, he faces a much weaker team in the Nationals.
