MLB: World Series Power Rankings

These are the MLB World Series power rankings, featuring the teams that have the best chance to win it all in 2025:

1. Detroit Tigers

Great rotation and getting production from young hitters. They have been, without a doubt, the best team in the American League since the season began.

2. Los Angeles Dodgers

The Dodgers are once again a top team in the league. They have dealt with a lot of pitching injuries, but have managed to figure it out, while their offense is ranked number one in the league.

3. Philadelphia Phillies

The Phillies are going to be great all season long. They have a terrific lineup, great starting pitching and plenty of arms in the pen.

4. New York Mets

Their starting pitching has been one of the best in baseball, and their lineup is great.

5. Chicago Cubs

The offense is amazing, the starting pitching has been solid, and the bullpen has settled in. They are clearly the best team in the NL Central.

6. San Francisco Giants

They are playing much better than anyone expected. The pitching is dominant, and adding Rafael Devers via trade bolsters their lineup.

7. New York Yankees

Their lineup has struggled a bit recently and it has led to other teams in the division closing the gap.

8. Tampa Bay Rays

They have closed the gap in the AL East standings with a strong few weeks.

9. Houston Astros

They have taken over the AL West.

10. San Diego Padres

Have been playing solid baseball all year, just play in a tough division.

Honorable Mention: Toronto Blue Jays

They have been playing good baseball lately and continue to contend in the AL East and Wils Card races.

Honorable Mention: Milwaukee Brewers

They have been playing great lately and could even chase down the Cubs in the NL Central.
