WWE: Top 10 Wrestlers Right Now

Jey Uso pushes John Cena off the ring Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025, during the WWE Royal Rumble at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

These are the top 10 wrestlers in the WWE right now:

John Cena:

John Cena will be facing C.M. Punk this Saturday at Night of Champions. So this week you’ll probably see Punk get some revenge. That will be hard to do since Cena decided to get revenge on his own from years ago by dropping his version of the “Pipe Bomb” promo. This had fans talking all week about this being the greatest promo ever, in WWE history. It was great but let’s see how is ages before we give this promo that accolade.

Seth “Freakin” Rollins:

Seth Rollins had been having fun with his briefcase and recently at the Fanatics Fest this past weekend had a Run in with Cena and even Punk. This is classic Rollins just shoving the case down our throats wondering who is going to catch a curb stomp and lose their title. Because of Punk’s ongoing problems with Seth, I could see Rollins trying to cash in this Saturday, but I don’t see him going after Cena. It’s Gunther that should be worried.

Cody Rhodes:

Cody Rhodes found himself in a ring with three other superstars that have a chance at becoming the King of the Ring. Whoever wins will receive a shot at the WWE Universal Championship against Cena at Summerslam. Between Sami Zane, Jey Uso, Randy Orton, and Cody Rhodes, my money is on Cody winning this Saturday, giving us a Summerslam rematch for the title.

“Main Event” Jey Uso:

Jey Uso has a chance to fight for the title at Summerslam this year if he can get past the other three superstars mentioned. However, for me, Jey doesn’t need a title but it still feels like he should be attached to the World Heavyweight Championship he lost to Gunther. That means he’ll end up losing this Saturday as the WWE gets ready for their next plans with Jey. YEE

Bron Breakker:

Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed tried to get fresh with the Megastar by trying to jump him while he was dropping  a promo on Paul Heyman. Within seconds, L.A. Knight turned the tides letting Heyman’s new faction know that he’s a one-man army. However, this may have worked this time but in the future, Knight may not be able to get the luck he did last week. Going forward, I can see this fued continuing with Knight not being so lucky.

C.M. Punk:

C.M. Punk continues to be a thorn in Seth’s side while trying to focus on his match against Cena this week. That’s what makes me wonder about Seth facing off against both Cena and Punk this weekend. I don’t think Cena loses the title anytime soon but with this many clouds surrounding this match, anything is possible.

Gunther:

Gunther thought he was going to run his mouth before his past came out to bite him. That past showed up in the form of Bill Goldberg, who showed up to remind the World Heavyweight Champion of what he did to his family when in Atlanta last time. Now that Gunther knows he’s next at Saturday Night’s Main Event, I’m sure he’ll have something cocky to say this week.

Jacob Fatu:

Jacob Fatu yells in celebration Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025, during the WWE Royal Rumble at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Jacob Fatu confronted Solo Sikoa about his favor and said that since he won the title, Solo has been acting strange. After a few words, Fatu knew what was going to happen and attempted to attack Solo before J.C. Mateo gave him the business. That of course didn’t work out well for Fatu but moments later, Jimmy Uso came out and saved our U.S. Champion.

L.A. Knight:

L.A. Knight had his hands full right now because he’s involved in so many stories. It’s a little chaotic to keep up with who his beef is with but one thing remains. That thing is Knight is constantly on T.V. and a a wrestler, that’s all you can wish for. After he gets past his feud with Seth’s faction, I would like Knight to get back into the title hunt since he’s keeping himself relevant and on these rankings because of everything I have mentioned in this entire article about him. YEAH!

Roman Reigns:

Roman Reigns is still off of T.V. and should be back eventually. I have said this for a few weeks but I feel is still too early to bring Roman back. I mean, where would you put him? First thought would be trying to get the Uso’s back together because both are staying relevant but Jimmy’s stock is dropping right now. All the WWE does is use him to save other wrestlers when he needs to focus on his career. I feel that a tag team match featuring both Uso’s is close to happening and I could even see a three-way tag team match including Roman against Solo’s Bloodline. However, the only person left in that faction is Mateo, who won’t provide enough power to deal with those three. The only two that could even this out is Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa, who we haven’t seen in a very long time due to their injuries.
