We are approaching the time of the year when numerous players start to find their groove and top prospects start receiving their calls to the Major Leagues. Below is a breakdown of Week 6’s top 10 shortstops, outfielders, starting pitchers, and relief pitchers.
1. Logan Gilbert, Seattle Mariners

Gilbert’s domination continues, posting a 2.37 ERA, 0.79 WHIP, and 44 strikeouts in 36.1 innings. Unfortunately, he has hit the IL.
2. Garrett Crochet, Boston Red Sox

One of the league’s best batting averages against (.182), Crochet continues to baffle hitters, posting a 1.95 ERA, 1.05 WHIP, and 44 strikeouts in 37 innings.
3. Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Los Angeles Dodgers

Yamamoto’s strong start continues with a 1.06 ERA, 1.00 WHIP, and 43 strikeouts in 34 innings.
4. Hunter Brown, Houston Astros

Having the best two-week stretch of his career, Brown has a 1.16 ERA, 0.74 WHIP, and 31 strikeouts in 31 innings.
5. Logan Webb, San Francisco Giants

In his six starts, Webb has a 1.98 ERA, 1.10 WHIP, and 44 strikeouts in 36.1 innings.

7. Hunter Greene, Cincinnati Reds

In 32.2 innings, Greene posts a 2.76 ERA, 0.80 WHIP, and 39 strikeouts.
8. Max Meyer, Miami Marlins

Meyer is quickly becoming Miami’s best starting pitcher, although he did have a tough outing his last time out.
9. Michael King, San Diego Padres
