1. Jesus Luzardo, Philadelphia Phillies: Been the Phillies best SP so far, which says a lot when they have Wheeler and Nola, too.
2. Hunter Greene, Cincinnati Reds

He is pitching like an ace.
6. Michael King, San Diego Padres

After a rough 1st start to the season, King has been fantastic.
7. Shane Baz, Tampa Bay Rays

He has been a bright spot for the Rays.
8. Spencer Schwellenbach, Atlanta Braves

Schwellenbach’s solo start last week saw him surrender no runs and striking out 10 in eight innings.
9. Cole Ragans, Kansas City Royals

He has been a strikeout machine the past couple of outings.
10. Zack Wheeler, Philadelphia Phillies

Last week, Wheeler made one start, surrendering one run and striking out 10 in seven innings. This week was a little tougher, but still, Wheeler is one of the best in the league.

2. Luke Jackson, Texas Rangers

He has been steady at the back end of the pen for the Rangers.

One of the most underrated LHRP in baseball.
