Jared Goff
Goff was absolutely the star of the show at home against Jacksonville, completing 24 of 29 passes for 412 yards and four touchdowns. Golf threw two touchdowns to Amon-Ra St. Brown and another touchdown to Jameson Williams as Detroit never took their foot off the gas as they beat Jacksonville 52-6.
Taysom Hill
Hill was the first player since 1971 to rush for three touchdowns, have more than 50 receiving yards, and have one pass completion in the same game. He was unstoppable against Cleveland, who had no answer for him anywhere on the field. The Saints offense always works better when Hill is playing, and he provides an excellent 1-2 punch with Alvin Kamara.
Jonnu Smith
The Raiders struggle against receivers in the slot, and Smith took advantage of that to the tune of six receptions for 101 yards and two touchdowns. Smith was so open on his 57-yard touchdown that there was no Raider defender within 10 yards when he caught that touchdown pass.
Josh Allen
With about two minutes to go in the game on 4th and 2, Allen dropped back to pass, and instead of throwing to a receiver, he scrambled for a 27-yard rushing touchdown to seal the victory against AFC rival Kansas City. Allen always plays well against the Chiefs during the regular season; now he has to figure out a way to beat them in the playoffs.
Geno Smith
Smith ran in for the go-ahead score in the closing seconds to help Seattle defeat San Francisco on the road 20-17. Even though he struggled to pass the football (he only threw for 221 yards with an interception), his 16-yard run sealed the victory as Seattle moved to 5-5 on the season.
Bo Nix
Arguably a dark horse for rookie of the year, Nix lead the Broncos to a home victory over the Falcons 38-6. Nix completed 28 of 33 passes for 307 yards and four touchdowns to four different receivers. He looks like he has complete command of Sean Payton’s complicated offense, and Denver is surprisingly one of the most improved teams in the AFC.
Anthony Richardson
After being benched just a couple of weeks ago, Richardson was inserted back as the Colts starting quarterback and led the team to a road victory over the New York Jets. Richardson had a late touchdown run to seal the victory 28-27. Moreover, Richardson completed 20 passes for 272 yards which are his highest passing numbers of the season.
Matthew Stafford
Stafford was sensational, throwing for 295 yards and four touchdowns to help lead the Rams back to .500 on the season. Stafford’s favorite target was Puka Nacua, who had 7 receptions for 123 yards and a touchdown. Next up for the Rams is a huge Sunday night game at home against the Eagles.
