1. Tyler Warren, Penn State – incredibly productive do-it-all weapon with strong hands and great tackle-breaking ability after the catch.
2. Colston Loveland, Michigan – If you could build a tight end in a lab, it would look and play like Colston Loveland
3. Harold Fannin Jr, Bowling Green – Smooth athlete who was a cheat code in the MAC but also produced against P4 opponents.
4. Elijah Arroyo, Miami – Modern-day tight end whose athleticism will allow him to create mismatches from different alignments.
5. Mason Taylor, LSU – Savvy against zone coverage with solid hands, but his limitations as a run-blocker may scare some teams away.
6. Oronde Gadsden III, Syracuse – Elite athlete at the position who can be a matchup nightmare in an offense that knows how to utilize him.
7. Gunnar Helm, Texas – Possession tight end with great hands and deceptive after-the-catch ability who can come in and play this role right away in the NFL.
8. Terrance Ferguson, Oregon – Versatile offensive weapon who flashed the most athleticism out of any tight end at the combine.
9. Mitchell Evans, Notre Dame – was Notre Dame’s best receiving weapon in 2023 until he suffered a season-ending injury and never quite found that form in 2024. If he can get back to 2023 Mitchell Evans, he can be a great pro.
10. Jake Briningstool – reliable possession tight end who is particularly effective in the red zone.
11. Luke Lachey, Iowa – the next in-line of the generational run of tight ends from Iowa.
12. Brant Kuithe, Utah – Dynamic offensive weapon who can play in the NFL right now, but is already 26 and already has an injury history.
