At RTSports, there is an amazing daily fantasy pick’em game where you can choose different props for a chance to win money! Pick at least two props, select “more” or “less” on each prop, submit the picks, and you’re good to go! Below, you will find my favorite props/picks for today/tonight’s slate of games.
Record 62-59-2
What a wonderful day yesterday! The prop plays went 5-0, pushing my record over .500 for the year. We’re currently on an 8-1 run, and hopefully, we can keep the hot streak going as we head into the All-Star break.
Francisco Lindor, Mets OVER 6.5 Fantasy Points
The Mets face SP German Marquez, who is making his first start since having Tommy John surgery 14 months ago. He is expected to give up a ton of runs since he had an ERA over 6 in 6 rehab starts. I expect Lindor to reach base at least twice and score. He is also a good candidate to swipe a bag or hit a home run. This line is way too low.
Freddie Freeman, Dodgers OVER 6.5 Fantasy Points
The Dodgers have a plus matchup vs. Tiger pitchers Beau Brieske and Kenta Maeda. Freeman has a great chance to score and knock in a run to sail over this number.
Blake Snell, Giants OVER 5.5 Strikeouts
This will be Snell’s second start after missing a month on IL. He only had 78 pitches in his last start, giving us a break on the number today. He has always been a prolific strikeout pitcher, and the Twins have swing-and-miss in their lineup. Look for Snell to break 90 pitches today and fan at least 7.
Austin Riley, Braves OVER 5.5 Fantasy Points
Riley has beaten this number in six of his last seven games. Today, he has a great matchup against SP Randy Vasquez. All we need is a double, but a walk and run will also work.
Cal Raleigh, Mariners OVER 6 Fantasy Points
Raleigh has had some monster games this week and has beaten this number in five of his last six games. The Mariners figure to score runs vs. SP Carson Fulmer, and Raleigh should be in the thick of it. I think he gets us double-digits.
