What is included with my subscription?
All premium and free content, podcasts, videos, and livestreams that we do on the site. You also receive special access to our premium Discord chat to speak to other subscribers and our experts.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes, your subscription renews exactly one year from the date of purchase.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We might possibly add Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other processors in the future.
Can I request a refund?
Sadly, we cannot issue refunds once a package is purchased. This is because our product is such that people can come on, print out rankings/projections, etc and then ask for a refund. If you choose to purchase a monthly product, you can cancel at the end of the month before it is billed again. If there are extenuating circumstances to this policy, you may contact support@drroto.com and we will make a decision on a case-by-case basis.
How do I reset my password?
Click the link to reset password and another will be sent out to you so you can update.
How do I contact customer service?
There is a blue support button on the bottom of every page. Please click it and enter your name, email address, and issue and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
