1. Houston — Insane comeback to win at the Phog and stay atop this list.

2. Iowa State — What happened to last year’s Tamin Lipsey?

3. Kansas — Flory Bidunga has been great filling in for KJ Adams.

4. Arizona — Caleb Love’s half-court bomb against Iowa State may have changed the trajectory of the season.

5. Texas Tech — Elite on both sides of the ball this season.

6. Baylor — The injuries to Roach and Love have really hurt what was a huge advantage of this team – depth.

7. BYU — Just have so many bodies to throw out there.

8. West Virginia — Mustered 103 points against Houston this season. They played 2 games against them.

9. Utah — Keanu Dawes and Jake Wahlin are leading a bit of a youth movement in the rotation.

10. Arizona State — No Jayden Quaintance, no problem against Colorado

11. UCF — Much better in their second game against Kansas

12. Cincinnati — this is not the same team that we saw in non-conference play.

13. TCU — Have to find some more offense if they want to win games in this league.

14. Kansas State — Coleman Hawkins and Dug McDaniel finally lived up to expectations against Oklahoma State.

15. Oklahoma State — Defense continues to be the issue.

16. Colorado — Halfway through the conference schedule and yet to win one.
