The Philadelphia Eagles hosted the Washington Commanders in the NFC Championship game on Sunday. It was the third time the two teams played one another this season/postseason. The Eagles won the first game, and the Commanders won the second game, so this game was not only to see who would go to the Super Bowl but also to see who would win the season series. The Commanders committed two costly turnovers and undisciplined penalties that hurt them in the first half, and despite battling and keeping the game reasonably close for a while, those first-half mistakes set them back too far. The Eagles run game and defense were just too much for Washington to handle when the game got into the 4th quarter and the Eagles eventually blew them out. Here are five things we learned and observed from this game:
Terry McLaurin Is A Star
If Saquon Played His Entire Career In Philly, He’d Be The GOAT
If You Actually Throw To A.J. Brown He Will Make Plays
Jayden Daniels Should Already Be Considered Elite
Jalen Hurts Can Make Plays In The Passing Game When He Needs To
