MLB: 10 Teams Most Likely To Win The World Series

The Dodgers celebrate after beating the Yankees in the 2024 World Series at Yankee Stadium.

These 10 teams are built to win now, and aside from the Cubs and Braves who didn’t make this list, these 10 teams all have good chances to get to the World Series and win it.

No one is better than the Dodgers. They are clear favorites to repeat as champs.

They play in a tough NL East but are the most complete team.

4. New York Yankees

Their bats have been on fire to begin the season. Are there pitching injuries too much to overcome?

5. Arizona Diamondbacks

Elite lineup and improved pitching is going to make them a scary team to face.

Is their starting pitching good enough?

7. Texas Rangers

Bad starting rotation. Good lineup. Great prospects who can make an impact as the season moves along.

9. Boston Red Sox

Lack of pitching depth. It is something they can trade for in season.

10. Houston Astros

Not sure about their offense or starting rotation so far. They have experience winning in the playoffs though, so they just have to get there.
