Top 10 WWE Men’s Power Rankings Monday, November 3rd

Hello everybody, and welcome back to another week of the WWE’s Men’s Power Rankings. After Saturday Night’s Main Event this weekend, we’ll definitely have some updates to talk about, since we have a new World Heavyweight Champion. That being said, let’s run through the wrestlers and get you caught up in some of the storylines. Also, remember to check out our “Through the Turnbuckles” podcast, as we cover topics in the world of wrestling. The show will be returning this week, so keep an eye out for that show. Have a great day, everyone, and may the slams be with you.

Cody Rhodes:

Cody Rhodes started out Saturday Night’s Main Event with a win over that pesky superstar, Drew McIntyre. After a match full of shenanigans, Rhodes was able to finish McIntyre, which should set up his next story, which will lead to Survivor Series.

C.M. Punk:

C.M. Punk faced Jey Uso at Saturday Night’s Main Event for the vacated World Heavyweight Championship by Seth Rollins. Punk ended up defeating Jey, thus winning the World Heavyweight Championship. That means tonight, Punk should be starting Monday Night RAW with a lot to talk about.

John Cena:

John Cena had an amazing match against A.J. Styles this past weekend at Crown Jewel. What many thought would be just another Cena match was wrong, as both he and Styles delivered a four-plus-star match, in my opinion. For now, Cena’s last match has been announced, but the opponent has not yet been named.

“Main Event” Jey Uso:

Jey Uso had a chance to win his World Heavyweight Championship back on Saturday, but came up short in his match against C.M. Punk. What’s next for Jey will be seen tonight, as I feel he’ll be airing his grievances. Festivus anyone? YEET!

Roman Reigns:

Roman Reigns lost to Bronson Reed at Crown Jewel as a follow-up match to their Clash in Paris match. Since then, Reigns hasn’t been on TV much, but with the holiday season kicking off soon, we can expect an early Christmas present wrapped in an OTC shirt.

Bron Breakker:

Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed keep causing problems, and it started on Monday Night RAW by attacking Seth Rollins. After taking Rollin’s championship, Breakker was ordered by RAW’s General Manager, Adam Pierce, to give back the belt, which he did reluctantly.

Ilja Dragunov:

Ilja Dragunov defended his title against Nathan Frazier this week as part of the open challenge for the U.S. Championship belt. Before the match even started, Tommaso Ciampa came out and cut a promo about Frazier not deserving a title shot. Ciampa may have been right because after a great match, Frazier lost to Dragunov in what looked like a close match.

L.A. Knight:

L.A. Knight’s current storyline is tied in with Punk, Jimmy, Jey, and the Vision at the moment. After losing a chance to get a title shot after Jey Uso beat him in the Battle Royal Match, he then had a match against Bron Breakker last Monday. Knight lost that match after Bronson Reed showed up and did enough to help Breakker land a spear for the win. YEAH!

Dominik Mysterio:

Dominik Mysterio defended his Intercontinental Championship against Penta and Rusev at Saturday Night’s Main Event. What was one of the best matches for the night? Mysterio retained his championship with his trusty bell hammer, which is starting to become his go-to as a heel.

Jimmy Uso:

Jimmy Uso was around last week, but with no match for Saturday Night’s Main Event, he practically had a rest week. Now that Jey has lost to Punk, expect Jimmy to try a pick me up approach with Jey that will blow up in his face. No YEET!
