After Juan Soto signed his massive free agent deal, and now with Vladimir Guerrero Jr. signing a massive extension recently, I decided to take a look at how his new contract measures up to the other biggest contracts in MLB history. So, here are the top 10 largest contracts in league history:
10. Bryce Harper

Harper got 330 million from the Phillies.
9. Fernando Tatis Jr.

Tatis Jr. got 340 million from the Padres.
8. Francisco Lindor

Manny got 350 million from the Padres.
6. Aaron Judge

The Yankees paid their captain 360 million.
5. Mookie Betts

4. Mike Trout

The Angels don’t win much, but they had no problem giving their franchise player 426.5 million.
3. Vladimir Guerrero Jr.

Vlad is staying in Canada after signing a 500 million extension with the Jays.
2. Shohei Ohtani

He held the record for one year after the Dodgers signed him to the first 700 million contract in MLB history.
