Top MLB Prop Picks 4/25

Aaron Judge MORE Than 5.5 Fantasy Points

Judge started the season slowly but has since found his groove at the plate. Another thing about Judge in this type of fantasy game is that he draws a lot of walks, which count towards total fantasy points, and he scores a lot of runs because of it. So even if Judge doesn’t continue hitting well today, he can still find a way to get six fantasy points, especially in a matchup vs. Alex Wood and the A’s.

Jose Berrios MORE Than 4.5 Strikeouts

For the life of me, I cannot figure out why this total is so low. Berrios isn’t a flame thrower who consistently racks up double-digit strikeouts, but he does induce more than enough swings and misses due to his four-pitch mix and command of every pitch. He is having a tremendous season so far, and in terms of strikeouts, he has six or more in four of his five starts this season and at least six in each of his past three starts.

Freddie Freeman MORE Than 0.5 Runs

If you have been following my articles/picks all season long, then you know that anytime I can pick this prop, I will do it. The Dodgers scored 12 runs last night and yet somehow Freeman didn’t score any. That’s pretty shocking to say the least, but also means there’s an even higher likelihood of him scoring today. Freeman is among the league leaders in runs on a yearly basis and has scored at least 117 runs in each of the past three seasons.

Luis Castillo MORE Than 5 Strikeouts

Castillo hasn’t lived up to expectations this season, with a 1-4 record and a surprisingly high ERA. Still, he always racks up strikeouts, with at least five in every start this season and nine in each of his past two starts. He has also pitched better as of late, so this total seems pretty low and like a sure-fire win for those who play it.
