Tommy Henry, Diamondbacks UNDER 4 Strikeouts
Henry hasn’t had more than 3 strikeouts in three straight games. He, in fact, hasn’t pitched past 4 innings in that time either. He takes his 6.23 ERA into Philadelphia, where he may hit the showers early. Play the odds here and go UNDER the 4 strikeouts.
Gunnar Henderson, Orioles OVER 1.5 Total Bases
Henderson is incredibly HOT right now. He has at least 2 bases in 9 of his last 12 games. I don’t care who the pitching matchup is against; I play his prop every time it appears, and he often comes through.
Bailey Ober, Twins UNDER 6.5 Strikeouts
Ober had 8 strikeouts in his last start against Oakland. It will be difficult to duplicate that in less than a week. Ober had not had more than 5 strikeouts in his previous 6 starts.
CJ Abrams, Nationals OVER 9 Fantasy Points
Abrams had a great night last night after missing a few games with a wrist injury. He has another great matchup in Coors Field, where he can go deep, get a hit or a walk, steal a base, and score. Batting lead-off, he should get 5 at bats and beat this number.
William Contreras, Brewers OVER 5.5 Fantasy Points
Contreras and the Brewers have a great matchup vs. Padres SP Randy Vasquez. Vasquez has given up 19 hits in his last 9 innings and carries an overall ERA of 5.70. Look for Contreras to beat this number, as he averages 9 fantasy points per game.
