At RTSports, there is an amazing daily fantasy pick’em game where you can choose different props for a chance to win money! Pick at least two props, select “more” or “less” on each prop, submit the picks, and you’re good to go! Below, you will find my favorite props/picks for today/tonight’s slate of games.
This Weeks Record: 4-4
Shohei Ohtani MORE than 9.5 Fantasy Points
It is really hard not to take Ohtani against a RHP in Coors Field. Yesterday, there were no props available for him; however, on Monday, there were, and he went over his number with ease. He is one of the best players in the world, has been on fire at the plate all season long, and can rack up fantasy points with walks, singles, power, and speed. He can reach the 9.5 in one AB tonight.
Lourdes Gurriel Jr. MORE than 6 Fantasy Points
Gurriel has been inconsistent this season, but lately, he has been hitting much better, and he has a great matchup tonight. He and the Diamondbacks face Patrick Corbin, who is 1-7 this season with a 5.84 ERA and 1.61 WHIP. Gurriel has five multi-hit games in his past nine and bats in the middle of the lineup. He should see plenty of RBI opportunities tonight.
Hunter Greene MORE than 6 Strikeouts
He has pitched well this season with a 3.61 ERA and 1.18 WHIP in 82.1 innings. He has 89 strikeouts on the year and he should be able to go 5+ innings tonight in a good matchup against a weak-hitting Pirates team away from Great American “Small Park.” As long as he is able to give some length in this game, Greene should have no problem racking up big strikeout numbers.
Taj Bradley MORE than 6 Strikeouts
Bradley has been very inconsistent with his ratios this season; however, he has been very consistent in the strikeout department. He has at least six Ks in six of his past seven starts and has recorded double-digit Ks in two of them. He faces the Twins tonight, who strike out often, and he should be able to rack up a big number.
