MLB: Second Basemen Power Rankings

The first week of the 2025 season has passed. Numerous players are off to a hot start. Below is a breakdown of the top ten second basemen heading into week 2.

1. Jorge Polanco, Seattle Mariners

In three games, Polanco is slashing .500/.500/.800.

2. Kristian Campbell, Boston Red Sox

Campbell has one home run, one RBI, and nine total bases.

3. Otto Lopez, Miami Marlins

In 11 at-bats, Lopez has one home run, four RBI, and eight total bases.

4. Jose Altuve, Houston Astros

In three games, Altuve is slashing .455/.500/.455.

Donovan has two RBI in the team’s first two games.

6. Ketel Marte, Arizona Diamondbacks

Marte has accumulated seven total bases in his first 14 at-bats.

7. Isiah Kiner-Falefa, Pittsburgh Pirates

Kiner-Falefa slashed .333/.538/.333 during the first week of the season.

In seven at-bats, Stott has one home run and two RBI.
