These are the latest news and notes from around the NFL:
Rashee Rice, Chiefs—Rice received five years’ probation and 30 days of jail time for his involvement in a car crash in Texas.

Fantasy Spin: Expect Rice to miss between 2-6 games this season. Lately, I have been taking Rice in Round 3 of drafts, but this knocks him down to Round 5-6 until we hear more.
Jordan Addison, Vikings—Addison will receive probation for his DUI arrest.

Fantasy Spin: Missing 3 games is likely for Addison as this is a first offense. Addison is currently a 6th-round pick, and I will still take him in Round 7 as Minnesota’s offense needs him badly.
Mike Williams, Chargers—Williams will retire prior to the start of the season.

Fantasy Spin: Rookie second-round pick Tre Harris was signed on Thursday, and with Quentin Johnston’s drops, Harris could slide into the WR2 role very quickly this season.
R.J. Harvey, Broncos—Harvey signed his contract on Thursday.

Fantasy Spin: Harvey is Sean Payton’s handpicked selection in this year’s NFL Draft. J.K. Dobbins is a solid player, but Harvey will likely get 12-15 touches and is a perfect RB2. The Broncos run game was inconsistent last season; that shouldn’t be the case this season.
Najee Harris, Chargers—Harris was placed on the NFI list on Thursday

Fantasy Spin: I am worried about Harris losing time to rookie RB Omarion Hampton. If Hampton looks good in training camp, he could get 65% of the touches and be worthy of a 3rd round pick. This also pushes Najee down draft boards.
