Dr. Roto’s Daily Prescription 8/12: Raiders Wide Receivers Outlook

Dr. Roto looks at what you can expect from the Raiders’ wide receivers if Davante Adams misses time.

Raiders WR Davante Adams left practice on Friday with a right leg injury. The Raiders have not yet reported about the severity of the injury but if you are drafting this weekend, I would expect most people to pass on Adams until the late second/early third round until more information is disclosed.

If Adams misses any time this would severely impair the Raiders passing attack and they would likely lean heavily on recent acquisition Jakobi Meyers. One name, however, that might be interesting to tuck away is Hunter Renfrow. Renfrow has been a mainstay for the past few years but with Meyers coming over, trade rumors with his name have been swirling. If Adams misses time, it might just secure Renfrow’s place on the roster and give him sneaky late round fantasy value.
