1. Houston — Somehow escaped Orlando with a win.

2. Iowa State — Elite at home, but can’t afford to lay more eggs on the road if they want to be a 1-seed on Selection Sunday.

3. Kansas — The injury to KJ Adams is going to force some lineup experimentation.

4. Texas Tech — Huge week with wins over Arizona and Cincinnati

5. Arizona — Welcome to the Caleb Love experience.

6. Baylor — Have to win your home games in this conference.

7. West Virginia — From the elation of beating Iowa State to the disappointment of losing to Arizona State.

8. Cincinnati — I worry about their lack of shooting.

9. TCU — Ernest Udeh is a rebounding machine.

10 UCF — So close to a program-changing win over Houston

11. BYU — Still figuring things out.

12. Utah — Ezra Ausar was a great add through the portal

13. Arizona State — Went 1-1 in their Midwest road trip, which is a positive result.

14. Oklahoma State — Defense has been very poor as of late.

15. Kansas State — Too talented to be playing this poorly.

16. Colorado — How did this team beat UConn?
