The 2025 season is six weeks in. Below is a breakdown of the Week 7 top 10 relief pitchers:

1. Robert Suarez, San Diego Padres

Suarez has a 0.60 ERA, 0.60 WHIP, 16 strikeouts, and 13 saves.

2. Andres Munoz, Seattle Mariners

Yet to surrender a run, Munoz has 12 saves and 20 strikeouts in 16 innings.

3. Mason Miller, Athletics

Miller has 10 saves and 25 strikeouts in 12.2 innings.

4. Kyle Finnegan, Washington Nationals

Finnegan has locked down the ninth in Washington with 11 saves.

5. Carlos Estevez, Kansas City Royals

Estevez has nine saves in 11 opportunities.

6. Josh Hader, Houston Astros

9. Emilio Pagan, Cincinnati Reds

Pagan has assumed the Cincinnati closer role with eight saves in nine chances.
