NFL Draft 2025: Mock Drafting The First Round

The NFL Draft is less than 10 days away, and thus far, every team still retains its own first-round selection. As we all know, a lot can change, so keep following DrRoto.com’s NFL Draft coverage as we try to predict the trades that will happen and the selections that will be made. Let us know if you agree or disagree with your team’s choice!

1. Tennessee Titans—QB Cam Ward, Miami

Lock this one in as Ward is the closest thing this draft has to a franchise quarterback.

2. Cleveland Browns—CB/WR Travis Hunter, Colorado

Hunter is somewhat polarizing as to his true position, but no one can deny his talent.

3. New York Giants—Edge Abdul Carter, Penn State

The Giants passed on Micah Parsons years ago. If they pass on Carter, they need to fire the GM immediately.

4. New England Patriots—OT Will Campbell, LSU

Mike Vrabel knows that protecting Drake Maye will be the key to getting the Patriots back to the playoffs.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars—DT Mason Graham, Michigan

This might be a pick where a team (Chicago?) trades up to get Graham, who is a force on defense.

6. Las Vegas Raiders—RB Ashton Jeanty, Boise State

Pete Carroll knows he needs a running game if he wants any chance of competing.

7. New York Jets—TE Tyler Warren, Penn State

The Jets are doing a lot of homework on Warren, who has Brock Bowers-type talent.

8. Carolina Panthers—Edge Jalon Walker, Georgia

Expect Carolina to trade out of this spot, as a lot of teams are incredibly high on Walker.

Kellen Moore starts his tenure with the Saints, getting a young quarterback that he can build around. Deion has already given his blessing, too.

Ben Johnson knows the only way the Bears win is if they protect Caleb Williams.

San Francisco needs to do a better job of protecting Purdy

12. Dallas Cowboys—WR Tet MacMillan, Arizona

This draft is deep at running back, so Jerry takes the top WR off the board to pair with Lamb.

13. Miami Dolphins—CB Will Johnson, Michigan

Miami needs a shutdown CB badly.

14. Indianapolis Colts—TE Colston Loveland, Michigan

The Colts have been desperate for a TE ever since Dallas Clark retired.

Atlanta desperately needs to improve its pass rush.

Stewart has a big-time motor and will help improve the Cardinals pass rush dramatically.

A definite need pick if Cincinnati has playoff aspirations.

Seattle continues to reshape its offense, adding an OL who has big-time upside.

19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers—S Malaki Starks, Georgia

Starks can be an impact player in Tampa’s secondary.

As soon as Dallas decided to pass on Hampton, Sean Payton makes sure to get the player who can spark the Broncos’ run game.

21. Pittsburgh Steelers—DT Kenneth Grant, Michigan

The Steelers might move down to take a QB a few picks later, but if they stay at 21, Grant would fortify an aging DL.

Jim Harbaugh knows he needs an immediate upgrade from Quentin Johnston.

Green Bay needs to improve its pass rush.

With all the great passing attacks in their division, Minnesota takes a player who could start relatively quickly.

25. Houston Texans—OT Josh Simmons, Ohio State

Don’t be surprised to see Houston take as many as three OL in this draft.

26. Los Angeles Rams—WR Emeka Egbuka, Ohio State

Egbuka gives Matthew Stafford a slot receiver to replace Cooper Kupp.

Baltimore’s pass rush needs an influx of young talent.

If Campbell is there, Detroit might move down as they can get a ransom for the pick.

Lattimore seems to have lost a step, and Barron could be special.

Buffalo desperately needs to add a shutdown corner, and Hairston is a good one.

Kansas City needs to improve their OL, and Conerly has big-time upside.

32. Philadelphia Eagles—DT Walter Nolen, Ole Miss
