The 2025 MLB season has finished its third week. Many players are continuing at their torrid pace, while others are starting to come around; however, many are still figuring out how to overcome their early-season struggles. Below are the top 10 power rankings starting pitchers heading into Week 4. Please note, position players qualify for weekly power rankings based on a fixed number of at-bats accumulated the previous week while starting and relief pitchers must have made one start or appearance.

1. Hunter Greene, Cincinnati Reds

Greene has been arguably the most dominant pitcher in MLB so far.

2. Andrew Heaney, Pittsburgh Pirates

3. Max Fried, New York Yankees

In his only start, Fried surrendered zero runs and struck out 11 batters.

4. Cole Ragans, Kansas City Royals

Ragans finished last week with a 1.50 ERA, 0.67 WHIP, and 11 strikeouts in 6.0 innings.

5. Drew Rasmussen, Tampa Bay Rays

6. Kris Bubic, Kansas City Royals

9. Sean Newcomb, Boston Red Sox
