It’s always a fun exercise to look into the future and predict what might happen, especially when it comes to sports. So, here are our predictions for the next 10 Super Bowl matchups and which team will win it:

2026: Detroit Lions vs. Buffalo Bills

These are two teams and fan bases that are dying for even a chance at playing for the Super Bowl. In this matchup, though, it’s Josh Allen and the Bills who will come out victorious.

2027: Washington Commanders vs. Cincinnati Bengals

This matchup will feature two high-powered offenses that simply outscored everyone to get to the big game. Joe Burrow will get his first Super Bowl ring!

2028: Philadelphia Eagles vs. Los Angeles Chargers

Although it’s Jalen Hurts who has the Super Bowl experience over Justin Herbert, Herbert plays the game of his life, putting up 38 points in the Chargers 38-30 win over Philly.

2029: Chicago Bears vs. Baltimore Ravens

LAKE FOREST, ILLINOIS – APRIL 26: Caleb Williams #18 of the Chicago Bears speaks answers a question from the media during his introductory press conference at Halas Hall on April 26, 2024 in Lake Forest, Illinois. Lamar Jackson will finally reach a Super Bowl, but he will run into a Chicago Bears team led by Caleb Williams, that is far too dangerous on both sides of the ball. Bears win 27-17.

2030: Washington Commanders vs. Kansas City Chiefs

Mahomes gets back to the Super Bowl, only to lose to Jayden Daniels, who finally gets his first Super Bowl ring after losing to the Bengals in 2027.

2031: Carolina Panthers vs. Denver Broncos

This is a matchup from many years ago where Peyton Manning and the Broncos completely beat up on Cam Newton and the Panthers. This time around, though, it’s Bryce Young and the Panthers who will beat up on the Broncos.

2032: San Francisco 49ers vs. New England Patriots

This will be a battle of two historic franchises that haven’t won a championship in many years. The 49ers will come out on top, winning their first championship since the 1990’s.

2033: New York Giants vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

Two more historic franchises who haven’t been to a Super Bowl in years. The Steelers and Giants will battle it out, go to overtime and it’s the Steelers who will emerge victorious.

2034: Carolina Panthers vs. Las Vegas Raiders

HENDERSON, NEVADA – JUNE 10: A team logo is shown above the entrance at the 336,000-square-foot Las Vegas Raiders Headquarters/Intermountain Healthcare Performance Center under construction on June 10, 2020 in Henderson, Nevada. The site will serve as the team’s practice facility and will include three outdoor football fields, a 150,000-square-foot field house with one-and-a-half indoor football fields, a three-story office area, and a 50,000-square-foot performance center. The Panthers will return to the Super Bowl for the second time in four seasons; however, this time, they will lose to a Raiders team that, after years of terrible football, are finally good again, thanks to Tom Brady.

2035: Arizona Cardinals vs. New York Jets

This is a matchup between two teams who seemingly haven’t had anything go right for them… ever. Certainly not in the past 30 years or more. Something has got to give for one of them, and in this case, it will be the Cardinals edging out a victory against the Jets 31-28.
