When the final Sunday of the NFL season concludes, the next day is referred to as “Black Monday.” It is the day when coaches find out their fates. Are they being fired, or do they get another year? Well, here is a list of what we know so far.

Fired: Jerod Mayo, Patriots

It’s one and done for Mayo. He never got his footing as a coach and the Patriots should be looking for an offensive mind to work with Drake Maye.

Fired: Doug Pederson, Jaguars

Pederson probably should have lost his job weeks ago but was kept around.

He’s a player’s coach, but the Bengals defense was a train wreck

It’s doubtful his interim tag becomes permanent as the Saints are interviewing around.

The Mara family has put Daboll and the GM on notice that it is put up or shut up time.
