NFL: AFC Playoff Picture

The AFC playoff picture is becoming clearer, with several teams having secured postseason berths and others still vying for the remaining spot. Here’s a breakdown of the current standings and scenarios after Sunday of week 17.

1. Kansas City Chiefs (15-1):

Clinched the AFC West division title and secured the No. 1 seed, granting them a first-round bye and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.

2. Buffalo Bills (13-3):

Clinched the AFC East division title and 2 seed.

3. Baltimore Ravens (11-5):

Clinched a playoff berth and currently lead the AFC North.

4. Houston Texans (9-7):

Clinched the AFC South division title.

Secured a playoff berth.

6. Los Angeles Chargers (10-6):

Clinched a playoff spot with a recent win over the New England Patriots.

7. Denver Broncos (9-7):

Currently hold the final wild-card spot but have not yet clinched a playoff berth.
