The NFL season is only one week old, but Pro Football Focus has already provided an interesting look at which offenses performed at the highest level.
The Jacksonville Jaguars lead the way after an impressive Week 1 showing, while the Carolina Panthers, Baltimore Ravens, Chicago Bears and New York Jets round out the top five.
Jaguars lead the way

The Jaguars earned the highest offensive grade of Week 1 with an 89.3 from PFF.
Jacksonville backed up the impressive grade with a dominant 34-10 victory over the Cleveland Browns. Trevor Lawrence threw four touchdown passes while completing 18 of 23 attempts for 245 yards, helping the Jaguars control the game from start to finish.
Lawrence was also named PFF’s Week 1 quarterback of the week, further highlighting just how impressive Jacksonville’s offensive performance was.
Panthers surprisingly rank second

Perhaps the biggest surprise on the list is Carolina, which earned an 82.6 offensive grade despite losing 59-37 to Chicago.
The Panthers moved the football effectively through the air, with Bryce Young throwing for 361 yards. Carolina’s offense was productive enough to score 37 points, even though turnovers and Chicago’s explosive offense ultimately turned the game into a blowout.
The Baltimore Ravens came in third at 81.1 after scoring 41 points against Indianapolis. Lamar Jackson threw for 324 yards, while Derrick Henry rushed for 144 yards and three touchdowns. Zay Flowers also exploded for 150 receiving yards and a touchdown.
The Chicago Bears ranked fourth with an 80.0 grade. That might seem surprising considering Chicago scored 59 points, but PFF’s grading system evaluates individual play quality rather than simply rewarding points scored. Caleb Williams accounted for four touchdowns, while D’Andre Swift rushed for 124 yards and three scores.
Rounding out the top five are the New York Jets, who earned a 76.8 offensive grade after defeating Tennessee 23-10. Geno Smith played an efficient game, while Breece Hall rushed for 102 yards as New York controlled the clock and produced 152 rushing yards.
