The 2025 season is well underway. Below is a breakdown of week 8’s top 10 catchers:

1. Cal Raleigh, Seattle Mariners

Raleigh leads all MLB catchers with 12 home runs and 25 RBI.

2. Carson Kelly, Chicago Cubs

Kelly is slashing .315/.452/.699 with eight home runs and 23 RBI.

3. Shea Langeliers, Athletics

Last week, Langeliers had a 1.310 OPS with two home runs and seven RBI.

4. Logan O’Hoppe, Los Angeles Angels

Over the previous week, O’Hoppe raised his season total to 18 RBI.

5. Hunter Goodman, Colorado Rockies

Goodman has been consistent for the first two months with six home runs and 24 RBI.

6. Austin Wells, New York Yankees

Well has seven home runs and 24 RBI.

7. Sean Murphy, Atlanta Braves

Atlanta’s catcher has 20 hits, seven home runs, and 17 RBI.

8. William Contreras, Milwaukee Brewers

Last week, Contreras raised his season total to four home runs and 21 RBI.

9. Yainer Diaz, Houston Astros

Diaz is showing signs of heating up. Last week, he slashed .278/.278/.500 with one home run and five RBI.

10. Dillon Dingler, Detroit Tigers

The Detroit catcher is slashing .283/.303/.462 with four home runs and 16 RBI.
