It’s so nice sometimes when chalk wins out. Upsets are fun, but from a fantasy and gambling perspective, they can be unnerving. Survivor and knockout pools get ruined, and players on better teams may hurt your fantasy roster if their team unexpectedly loses and they put up pedestrian stats.
This week, there weren’t any major upsets. The top two teams had byes, but the four teams on their heels all won. And the final eight teams in last week’s ranking all lost. With that in mind, here is this week’s power ranking…with no major changes at the top or bottom, with some shifting in the middle. The Cowboys had the biggest drop this week after the thumping they took at home against the Lions. They are outside the top half of this list.
The Commanders lost but still find themselves in the top 10. And after their win in London, the Bears have moved into the top half of this list. The Bears/Commanders matchup in two weeks will have significant playoff implications as well as affect the landscape of this list.
