Lou gives his favorite MLB props for tonight at RT Sports!

SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA - MARCH 20: Shohei Ohtani #17 of the Los Angeles Dodgers hits a single in the 3rd inning during the 2024 Seoul Series game between Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres at Gocheok Sky Dome on March 20, 2024 in Seoul, South Korea. (Photo by Chung Sung-Jun/Getty Images)

At RTSports, there is an amazing daily fantasy pick’em game where you can choose different props for a chance to win money! Pick at least two props, select “more” or “less” on each prop, submit the picks, and you’re good to go! Below, you will find my favorite props/picks for today/tonight’s slate of games.

This Weeks Record: 5-2

Last Weeks Record: 11-7-1

Past Two Weeks Record: 23-13-2

Shohei Ohtani MORE than 1.5 Total Bases

It is rare when Ohtani doesn’t get at least one hit in a game. He has multiple hits in seven of his past 14 games and at least one hit in 12 of those 14 games. He also has seven HR in his past 10 games and one double, so he can easily get 1.5 total bases tonight, even if he only records one hit. Anytime we can get an Ohtani prop, it is usually worth playing it, whether it be fantasy points, hits, runs, or total bases.

Anthony Volpe MORE than 0.5 Runs

Volpe bats leadoff for the Yankees, ahead of Juan Soto and Aaron Judge, who have a combined 144 RBI this season. All Volpe has to do is find his way on base one time, and there is a good chance that he will score. He has HR power, so he can drive himself in, and he has great speed, so once he is on base, he is able to swipe a bag and get himself into scoring position. He has a good matchup tonight against LHP Andrew Abbott, who has allowed four HR in his past three starts and walked six batters in his most recent start.

Carlos Correa MORE than 7 Fantasy Points

Correa has an excellent matchup tonight against Tigers starter Keider Montero. Montero has allowed nine ER in his first two starts this season and hasn’t lasted more than 4.1 innings in either one. Correa is riding a five-game hitting streak in which he has multiple hits twice, a double, and two HR. While he is hot at the dish, I want to take advantage, and the fact that he has such a great matchup gives me confidence in this pick.

Christian Scott MORE than 4 Strikeouts

Scott was recalled to make a start tonight for the Mets. His last outing in the big leagues came at the end of May, but his overall results in his five outings were good. I like his matchup tonight against a young Nationals lineup, and I also like that Scott was consistent in the strikeout department in his first go around in MLB. He struck out four or more batters in four of the five outings and had a start with six and a start with eight strikeouts.
