Two Minute Drill

  • RB Kyren Williams, Los Angeles Rams – Williams has stepped up ever since the Rams traded Cam Akers to the Vikings. The second-year RB has 456 rushing yards on 97 carries with six TDs this season. Los Angeles will now need a new RB to step up with Williams and back up RB Ronnie Rivers going on IR. Darrell Henderson may be the favorite to step into the lead back role due to his familiarity with Sean McVay’s offense, but the entire RB depth chart should be avoided due to the Rams taking an RB by committee approach.

  • RB Aaron Jones, Green Bay Packers – The Packers are expecting Jones to play today. Denver is giving up the most rushing yards per game this year (172.3 yards), so Jones is worth the start even if he is not 100% yet.

  • QB Deshaun Watson, Cleveland Browns – After missing the last two games, Deshaun Watson is expected to play against the Colts. This is a great matchup for Watson, as the Colts have one of the worst pass defenses in the league. Watson is a play in some of your DFS lineups with his price level, and you can start him in season-long leagues if you do not have a top-tier option ahead of him.

  • WR DK Metcalf, Seattle Seahawks – Metcalf is a game time decision for Seattles’s matchup against the Cardinals. The Cardinals are giving up a below average 243.3 passing yards per game this season. Metcalf is certainly a play as long as he is active without a snap count restriction. Tyler Lockett would be a great pivot in DFS even if Metcalf does play.
