Top MLB Prop Picks 5/8

Shohei Ohtani MORE Than 7.5 Fantasy Points

Ohtani continues to be the best hitter in MLB right now. It seems that not pitching this year has made him even better at the plate, if that’s possible. He leads MLB in batting average, hits, and HRs, and has nine SBs. There are many ways for him to impact a game and rack up fantasy points. He also has a great matchup against Edward Cabrera and a bad Marlins pitching staff tonight.

Kyle Bradish MORE Than 4.5 Strikeouts

Bradish is an elite pitcher who finally made his season debut last week. He looked fully recovered from his injury and struck out five Yankees in his 4.2 innings of work. Tonight, he gets an easier matchup against the Washington Nationals, and he should be able to go deeper into the game without having as strict of a pitch limit.

Aaron Judge MORE Than 1.5 Total Bases

Judge began the season slowly but has since gotten hot at the plate. When he is hitting well, there aren’t many players better than him. So, in an excellent matchup, expect him to have a great game tonight. He faces Spencer Arrighetti, who has an 8.27 ERA and 1.96 WHIP this year.

Corbin Carroll MORE Than 5.5 Fantasy Points

Carroll, like Judge, is another superstar who began the season slowly. Last night, though, he had two hits, including a HR and five RBIs. He is also always a threat to steal a base, which adds to his value when counting fantasy points. I expect Carroll to get things going at the plate after his big night, so ride the hot hand!
