Lou gives his favorite MLB prop picks for today at RT Sports!

PHOENIX, ARIZONA - NOVEMBER 01: Corey Seager #5 of the Texas Rangers hits a single in the ninth inning against the Arizona Diamondbacks during Game Five of the World Series at Chase Field on November 01, 2023 in Phoenix, Arizona. (Photo by Jamie Squire/Getty Images)

At RT Sports, there is an amazing daily fantasy pick’em game where you can choose different props for a chance to win money! Pick at least two props, select “more” or “less” on each prop, submit the picks, and you’re good to go! Below, you will find my favorite props/picks for today/tonight’s slate of games. You can choose just two props or choose them all and make it into one big parlay!

This Weeks Record: 5-7

Last Weeks Record: 6-5

Past Five Weeks Record: 48-32-5

Corey Seager MORE than 1.5 Total Bases

When he gets hot, there are few hitters better than Corey Seager. He had four hits last night in the Rangers 10-2 victory over the White Sox, and today his matchup is equally good as he faces RHP Jonathan Cannon, who has allowed four ER in each of his past two starts. Seager can win us this prop with two singles or just an XBH, and with the Rangers run total expected to be high today, I like the chances.

Dylan Cease MORE than 6.5 Strikeouts

Cease is one of the best strikeout pitchers in the league this season. He has 159 K’s in 122 innings and has struck out eight or more batters in five of his past six starts. In his past two starts, he has struck out double digits, so the 6.5 seems like a very attainable number today against a free-swinging Nationals lineup. He has thrown at least six innings in each of his past three starts, so as long as he can give that sort of length today, the strikeouts we need will be there.

Taj Bradley MORE than 5 Strikeouts

Bradley has been one of the best pitchers in MLB over the past month and is in a good matchup today against an inconsistent Blue Jays lineup. He has struck out five or more batters in each of his past five starts and in seven of his past eight starts. He has gone at least six innings in each of his past three starts, so if that trend continues, the high strikeout totals should as well.
