Every week, I will share my favorite waiver wire or free agent pickups in fantasy football. Here are the top 10 pick ups for week 15!
QB Jameis Winston, Browns
His gunslinger mentality gives him a high ceiling every week, and he has a solid fantasy playoff schedule, especially now that the Steelers games are in the rearview mirror.
QB Aaron Rodgers, Jets
Although the Jets lost, Rodgers had his best game as a Jet and the offense looked as good as it has since he arrived in New York. They have nothing left to play for other than pride and padding stats, so expect them to play fun and free. He gets the Jags coming up on the schedule, which could be a smash spot for him.
RB: Tank Bigsby, Jaguars
He out carried Etienne by a large margin in week 14, and that should be the case moving forward. ETN has proven that in Jacksonville, he is best served as the passing game back.
RB: Sincere McCormick, Raiders
The Raiders seem to have found something with McCormick, and there is no reason for them not to continue to make him their lead back, even when Mattison and/or White are cleared to play again.
RB: Patrick Taylor, 49ers
He could be starting this week after Guerendo left with an injury in week 14. It seems that no matter who the RB is for the 9ers, they will produce in fantasy. The problem is that they might also get injured, as Taylor will be their 4th starting RB of the season.
WR: Quentin Johnston, Chargers
He couldn’t catch for a few weeks, but with Ladd McConkey out on SNF, Johnston stepped up and made plays for the Chargers. They lost the game on the final play, but his resurgence in the offense again cannot be ignored.
WR: Jalen McMillan, Bucs
Since Chris Godwin’s injury, the Bucs have been looking for their number 2 WR, and after his big 2 TD performance in week 14, McMillan might just be that guy. He has Rachaad White (backup RB) carried the offense in their win over the Raiders.
TE: Zach Ertz, Commanders
The Commanders are coming out of their bye week, so it’s time to pick Ertz up again after he was dropped prior to the bye. He is the 2nd most reliable pass catcher on the team.
TE: Pat Freiermuth, Steelers
He had his 3rd consecutive solid fantasy day, and Russell Wilson definitely trusts him.
DST: Cardinals
They get to face the Patriots, who have one of the worst offenses in the league. Drake Maye is good, but he does turn the ball over and lacks play makers around him.
