Two weeks of the season are behind us. How are your fantasy teams doing? For a little over a quarter of NFL teams, the season has started fantastically, and for the same amount of teams, it has started terribly. Nine teams are undefeated, while another nine are winless. There are teams unexpectedly 2-0, like the Vikings, Steelers, and Seahawks, and some teams surprisingly 0-2. The Bengals and Ravens each find themselves at the bottom of the AFC North. As such, there has been some significant movement on this list.
Kansas City Chiefs: To be the man, you have to beat the man. Until proven otherwise, they’re no.1.
Houston Texans: My pick to win the Superbowl this season, and based on the division they are in, they may have already clinched it.
Buffalo Bills: With Tua Tagovailoa’s injury, the division just got much easier for the Bills.
San Fransisco 49ers: It’s been bad enough in San Fransisco without Christian McCaffrey, but now they’ll be without both CMC and Deebo Samuel.
Detroit Lions: Inexplicable and damaging loss this past week in Detroit.
Green Bay Packers: Head coach Matt Lafleur put together a fantastic game plan. They will stay on the ground until Jordan Love returns.
New York Jets: It appears Aaron Rodgers and the rest of the team have woken up. The Patriots may be in trouble Thursday night.
Pittsburgh Steelers: The Steelers find themselves at 2-0 and in first place in the AFC North all by themselves. Justin Fields will remain the QB. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it.
Philadelphia Eagles: This game felt like a carryover from the end of last season, where the Eagles couldn’t hold a lead. They literally had a 99% chance of winning.
Miami Dolphins: Tua Tagovailoa’s health is paramount, but without him, the Dolphins may continue to plummet down this list.
Baltimore Ravens: The Ravens are the most surprising 0-2 team in the league.
Dallas Cowboys: I wondered if their opening-week win in Cleveland was a bit of a mirage. Their 44-19 loss at home against the Saints may prove that it was.
Los Angeles Chargers: It’s amazing what a good coach and game plan can do for a team. Head coach Jim Harbaugh has the Chargers at 2-0.
Atlanta Falcons: The Falcons had a 1% chance of winning when the Eagles had the ball up by 3 points and under two minutes left in the game…”So you’re saying there’s a chance.”
New Orleans Saints: The Saints may be the best 2-0 team nobody is paying attention to. This team looks legitimate and is an awfully tough opponent to face.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Normally, a 2-0 team in the NFC South would be sitting there alone…but this season. It will be a fun matchup when the Bucs play the Saints.
Seattle Seahawks: Seattle is inexplicably 2-0 and in first place all by themselves in the NFC West.
Minnesota Vikings: The Vikings are yet another 2-0 team in the middle of the pack. It will be interesting to see which one is legitimate.
Cincinnati Bengals: Another 0-2 start for the Bengals, but they gave the defending champs a heart attack on Sunday.
Los Angeles Rams: The Rams had high hopes with a healthy Cooper Kupp returning, but after only two weeks, he and Puka Nacua are both out, and they find themselves 0-2
Jacksonville Jaguars: The Jags are another surprise 0-2 team. With Trevor Lawrence at QB and all of his offensive weapons, their offense should be far better than what they’ve shown.
Indianapolis Colts: The Colts have lost two games by eight total pts. They face the Bears at home and will get their first win of the season.
Cleveland Browns: The Browns looked much better this past week than they did against the Cowboys in wk.1.
Washington Commanders: The Commanders won a game this past week without scoring a TD and kicking seven FGs. That’s a hard way to win and tough to duplicate. Their offense is going to need to improve, with rookie QB Jayden Daniels leading the way.
Chicago Bears: Caleb Williams was sacked seven times Sunday night and under pressure the entire game. It’s not going to get any easier for Williams going forward.
Arizona Cardinals: The Cardinals offense has been clicking. On Sunday, they dominated the Rams, putting up 41 points. Rookie Marvin Harrison Jr. caught four passes for 130 YDs.
New England Patriots: The Pats had a fourth-quarter lead and were OT away from being 2-0. But their offense is anemic, and scoring 20pts seemed like an accomplishment
Las Vegas Raiders: This was the upset of upsets. The Raiders traveled cross-country to play a Ravens team that had already started the season 0-1. They came away with a three-point win, sending Baltimore to 0-2.
Tennessee Titans: Will Levis may be proving to be yet another young QB not to make it in this league…he hasn’t been benched yet, but another QB in his second year has, so the clock may be ticking for Levis.
Carolina Panthers: And speaking of the team who benched their second-year QB…the Panthers. The Bryce Young ERA/Experiment may be over. Failing on the no.1 pick is a costly experiment, but after one year and two games, Young is out, and Andy Dalton is in.
Denver Broncos: And here are the Broncos who are sitting at 0-2, with another one of those young QBs. Bo Nix was given the starter’s job coming out of camp, and thus far the first two games have been abysmal.
New York Giants: The Giants are 0-2, and I’d say Brian Daboll will be the first coach to be fired this season.
