At RT Sports, there is an amazing daily fantasy pick’em game where you can choose different props for a chance to win money! Pick at least two props, select “more” or “less” on each prop, submit the picks, and you’re good to go! Below, you will find my favorite props/picks for today/tonight’s slate of games. You can choose just two props or choose them all and make it into one big parlay!

This Weeks Record: 0-0

Last Weeks Record: 12-8

Past Nine Weeks Record: 93-67-7

Corbin Carroll MORE than 8.5 Fantasy Points

Carroll has had a down season by his standards, but lately, he has been better. He is resembling the 2023 version of himself that saw him take home NL ROTY honors. Over the past 14 days, Carroll has 16 runs, hit five HR, driven in 11, and stolen a base. He has 21 steals this year and has enough speed to steal 35-40 in a season, so you should expect him to start swiping more bags as well. He is in a good matchup tonight against a RHP and the Marlins pitching staff, so look for Carroll to continue his hot hitting.

Tanner Houck LESS than 4.5 Strikeouts

Houck has had a great season for the Red Sox, and he is a big reason why they are in the playoff race. His ratios remain solid; however, lately, his strikeout totals have dropped off dramatically. Over his past eight starts, Houck has struck out more than four batters just twice and three or fewer five times. If you look at his past five starts, he has only reached five strikeouts one time, and tonight, he faces a really good Astros team. I am expecting for his struggles in the K department to continue.

Mark Vientos MORE than 1.5 Total Bases

Vientos has had a tremendous rookie season for the Mets. In 76 games, he has 18 doubles, 19 HR, 29 RBI, and he is batting .277 with a .338 OBP. He has elite power, and it leads to plenty of extra-base hits. That’s important because all he needs tonight to win this prop is an XBH. He gets a boost tonight, too, because he is facing a LHP, and this season, Vientos is batting .349 with a .391 OBP and 1.066 OPS against southpaws.

Gavin Stone LESS than 5.5 Strikeouts

Stone has had a solid season for the Dodgers, pitching important innings when they needed them most due to the many injuries to others in their rotation. Still, he has just 95 Ks in his 121.1 innings this season, so strikeouts are not his strong suit. Over his past seven starts, he has only topped the 5.5 number once, which certainly gives me confidence that he won’t do it tonight. Considering that he is well under a strikeout per inning this season, he likely will need to throw six or more innings to have a chance at winning this prop, and that is unlikely considering he has only topped five innings in an outing once the beginning of July.
