This Weeks Record: 0-0

Last Weeks Record: 11-8

Past Three Weeks Record: 34-21-2

Wilson Contreras MORE than 6.5 Fantasy Points

Contreras continues to mash since returning from the IL, and he’s done a lot of that damage against LHP. He has a hit in 10 of his past 13 games and three HR in his past five games. He has eight RBI in those five games and five walks. Tonight, he faces another lefty, and I like his chances to continue his hot hitting in the middle of the Cardinals lineup.

Steven Kwan MORE than 5.5 Fantasy Points

It’s a very odd night when Kwan isn’t producing fantasy points. He is batting an amazing .364 this season with an equally impressive .419 OBP. All those hits and walks lead to runs as well, so the 5.5 number seems low, especially with this matchup tonight. He faces Tigers starter Keider Montero, who has a 6.60 ERA and 1.40 WHIP in his 15 innings this season.

Jose Miranda MORE than 8 Fantasy Points

No one has been able to get Miranda out over his past 11 games. He’s been on a crazy heater, and at one point, he had a hit in 12 consecutive at-bats. I expect his hot hitting to continue tonight against White Sox SP Chris Flexen, who is 2-7 this season with a 5.08 ERA and 1.39 WHIP.

Chris Sale MORE than 7 Total Strikeouts

Sale has been everything the Braves hoped for and more this season. In his 16 starts, he has an 11-3 record with a 2.71 ERA, 0.91 WHIP, and an incredible 127-19 K-BB ratio. He has at least eight strikeouts in nine of his past 11 starts and at least nine strikeouts in six of those starts. He has failed to get less than seven strikeouts, only one in the 11 starts, so tonight’s number feels pretty good.
