Bats
73% 1B Kyle Manzardo, Cleveland Guardians- Up to 26 homers on the season with a notable .297 batting average, .409 OBP, and .568 SLG this month. He has, in fact, improved his discipline of late with as many walks as strikeouts in his last 10 games. His arrow is pointed up.
44% OF Dylan Lile, Washington Nationals- Has a crazy .383/.431/.745 slash this month, which is why his ownership level has more than doubled since last week. He is a 5-category producer right now and deserves consideration wherever he is unowned.
34% 1B, 2B, SS Romy Gonzalez, Boston Red Sox- He has extended his hitting streak to 13 games now. Gonzalez has experienced a mini breakout this year with excellent batted ball data to support his good hitting.
23% C Patrick Bailey, San Francisco Giants- Bailey has been on fire of late, rocking a 5-game hitting streak with half (3) of his season home run total (6) and a whopping 9 RBI coming during this tiny stretch of time. He is worth a pickup as it looks like he might be finishing this season very strong.
8% OF Zach Cole Jr., Houston Astros- Cole Jr. was having an excellent year at AAA and proceeded to have a monster performance in his major league debut, going 3/4 with a bomb. He could be worth a dart in deeper leagues in case he continues to be a spark for the Astros.
Pitchers
*76% SP Nolan McLean, New York Mets- Even after his first loss, in which he only gave up one run, McLean is still rocking an elite 1.42 ERA and .947 WHIP. If he is still somehow available in your league, you need to prioritize adding him.
57% SP Ryan Weathers, Miami Marlins- Weathers is back and started his first game since June. He went 5 innings with no runs and 4 K’s. This is very encouraging, and he could be very helpful to fantasy owners for the stretch, as he is a great arm when healthy.
46% SP Joey Cantillo, Cleveland Guardians- Cantillo has won 3 of his past 4 starts and has not allowed more than 1 run in any of those games. He is a decent arm and makes for a good pickup right now.
40% SP Connelly Early, Boston Red Sox- What a debut for Early! He went 5 innings, no runs, 1 walk and 11 K’s with plenty of swings and misses. Early was playing very well in the minors before his call-up, so he will be a popular pickup this week and for good reason.
