MLB: Catcher Power Rankings

The 2025 MLB All-Star Game is nearly three weeks away, and voting is underway. This year’s All-Star game could feature more first-time All-Stars than previous seasons. There is still time for players to state their cases, and below are the 2025 Week 14 top 10 power rankings for catchers.

1. Cal Raleigh, Seattle Mariners

Raleigh went on a tear last week, leading MLB with 29 home runs.

2. Hunter Goodman, Colorado Rockies

Goodman is slashing .283/.326/.516 with 14 home runs and 48 RBI. The young Rockies backstop is headed for his first All-Star game.

3. Will Smith, Los Angeles Dodgers

Last week, Smith posted a 1.262 OPS with two home runs and four RBI.

4. Alejandro Kirk, Toronto Blue Jays

The Blue Jays’ catcher is slashing .310/.351/.438 with seven home runs and 34 RBI.

5. Logan O’Hoppe, Los Angeles Angels

On the season, O’Hoppe has 14 home runs and 31 RBI.

6. Austin Wells, New York Yankees

Wells has produced a healthy 11 home runs and 44 RBI for the Yankees.

7. Salvador Perez, Kansas City Royals

Perez has heated up over the last month with five home runs and 16 RBI.

8. Yainer Diaz, Houston Astros

The Houston backstop has been one of the hottest catchers. His totals stand at nine home runs and 30 RBI.

9. Carlos Narvaez, Boston Red Sox

The rookie catcher is slashing .270/.356/.439 with six home runs and 23 RBI.

10. Adley Rutschman, Baltimore Orioles

Rutschman is showing signs of breaking out of his early-season slump. He currently has eight home runs and 20 RBI.
