10. Tampa Bay Rays

They have a bullpen ERA in the mid-3s and have a solid mix of lefties and righties to use in certain situations.
9. New York Mets

The Mets have a top 5 bullpen ERA despite inconsistencies from their closer Edwin Diaz
8. Los Angeles Dodgers

They are dealing with a ton of pitching injuries in the rotation and bullpen, but they still lead the league in saves and strikeouts.
7. New York Yankees

Aside from Devin Williams (who has been better lately), the Yankees bullpen has been excellent this season. Luke Weaver has become one of the more reliable closers in the league.
6. Kansas City Royals

The Royals entire pitching staff is great, but their bullpen has been excellent, mostly thanks to Carlos Estevez, who has been a rock in save situations.
5. Minnesota Twins

The Twins have a top 5 bullpen ERA right now, and their closer Jhoan Duran has been fantastic during their current hot streak.
4. Detroit Tigers

Despite not having an official closer, both Khanle and Vest have been solid for the Tigers, and they have a top 5 bullpen ERA.
3. San Diego Padres

Up until a recent blow-up against the Yankees, the Padres had the best bullpen ERA and statistics in the league. They are still great, especially Jason Adam and Robert Suarez.
2. Houston Astros

Led by Josh Hader, the Astros have one of the best bullpens in baseball in terms of ERA, saves, strikeouts, and WHIP.
1. San Francisco Giants

They have one of the lowest strikeout totals among bullpens in the league, but they have an elite ERA, WHIP, and two guys who can close out games in Doval and Walker.
