Wanna know what the “Puck” is going on in the world of hockey? Well, here are this weeks NHL Power Rankings:

1. Winnipeg Jets

The Jets have managed to maintain the top spot still despite a few other teams consistently threatening to take it. They are 3rd in goals per game and have allowed the 2nd fewest goals against per game. They also have the best power play percentage.

2. Vegas Golden Knights

The Golden Knights are in a 3-way tie for 1st place in points with the Jets and the Capitals. They are 4th in goals per game and have allowed the 6th fewest goals against per game.

3. Washington Capitals

The Capitals are ranked 2nd in goals per game and have allowed the 5th fewest goals against per game. Each of these top 3 teams have an argument for being ranked 1st.

4. New Jersey Devils

The Devils are ranked just outside the top 10 in goals per game and have allowed the 4th fewest goals against per game. They also have the 3rd best power play percentage.

5. Edmonton Oilers

Up 2 spots. The Oilers are ranked 8th in goals per game and have allowed the 7th fewest goals against per game.

6. Carolina Hurricanes

Down a spot. The Hurricanes are ranked 6th in goals per game and have allowed the 10th fewest goals against per game. They are tied with the Stars for the best penalty-kill percentage.

7. Tampa Bay Lightning

Up a spot. The Lightning have scored the most goals per game in the NHL and have allowed the 9th fewest goals against per game. They also have the 4th best power play percentage.

8. Dallas Stars

Up 2 spots. The Stars are ranked 10th in goals per game and have allowed the 3rd fewest goals against per game. They are tied with the Hurricanes for the best penalty-kill percentage in the NHL.

9. Minnesota Wild

Down 2 spots. The Wild are ranked 16th in goals per game and have allowed the 8th fewest goals against per game.

10. Toronto Maple Leafs

Down 3 spots. The Leafs are ranked just outside the top 10 in both goals per game and have allowed the fewest goals against per game. They also have the 3rd best penalty-kill percentage.

11. Los Angeles Kings
