Top RT Sports MLB Pick’Em Plays 5/27: Mookie Betts, Bo Bichette, Ozzie Albies

Lou gives out his favorite MLB props for today at RT Sports!

Mookie Betts MORE than 5.5 Fantasy Points

I really don’t understand how this number is so low. The Dodgers have been struggling a bit offensively lately. However, it’s because they aren’t getting production from the bottom of their lineup. It has nothing to do with Betts, Ohtani or Freeman. In fact, Betts is having an amazing season, batting .335 with a .431 OBP, eight HR, 41 runs, 30 RBI, and nine SB. His fantasy points total should never be this low, no matter who he is facing on the mound, so we should be taking advantage of this tonight.

Bo Bichette MORE than 6.5 Fantasy Points

Bo had a really slow start to the season and his overall numbers don’t look good because of it. He is one of the top 20 hitters in MLB, though, and lately, he is showing signs of life at the plate. He has five multi-hit games in his past seven, and he is collecting a ton of XBH as well. Tonight, he has a great matchup against White Sox starter Nick Nastrini, who has an 11.91 ERA and 2.56 WHIP this season. Look for Bo to continue his hot hitting tonight.

Ozzie Albies MORE than 6.5 Fantasy Points

The Braves got some horrible news yesterday. They found out that their super-star OF and leadoff hitter, Ronald Acuna Jr., is going to miss the rest of the season. That means that the other hitters in the lineup will need to step up, and Albies is one of the guys they will be relying upon the most. Albies is a very good player, and he hits LHP exceptionally well. Tonight, he faces a LHP, and anytime he does, you should be considering playing his fantasy points prop.

Andres Gimenez MORE than 0.5 Total Bases

Gimenez is in the midst of an amazing stretch at the plate right now. He has nine multi-hit games in his past 12, and it has led to him scoring 14 runs in his past 19 games. The Guardians offense has been much better than expected this season, too, and with Gimenez batting in the number two spot in the order, he has plenty of run-scoring opportunities because he hits in front of Jose Ramirez and Josh Naylor. Tonight, the Guardians go to Colorado and take on the Rockies in Coors Field, which gives Gimenez a big boost as well.
