These are the top 10 lineups in MLB entering play on Thursday:

The Cubs have scored the second-most runs in MLB and have been consistent all year.

2. New York Yankees

The Yankees are towards the top of the league in HR, runs, and have two of the top batting average leaders.

3. Los Angeles Dodgers

SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA – MARCH 20: Shohei Ohtani #17 of the Los Angeles Dodgers hits a single in the 3rd inning during the 2024 Seoul Series game between Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres at Gocheok Sky Dome on March 20, 2024 in Seoul, South Korea. (Photo by Chung Sung-Jun/Getty Images)

You can make an argument for the fact that this lineup hasn’t even clicked yet, and they are still one of the top-scoring teams.

4. Boston Red Sox

They are already great and they have top prospects in the minors who are ready to contribute.

5. Arizona Diamondbacks

They have picked up from where they left off a year ago as one of baseball’s best lineups.

6. Detroit Tigers

Detroit Tigers right fielder Kerry Carpenter (30) bats against Chicago White Sox during the eighth inning at Comerica Park in Detroit on Saturday, April 5, 2025.

Guys like Kerry Carpenter and Spencer Torkelson have taken the next step. Riley Greene is great, and Gleyber Torres is fitting in nicely.

7. San Francisco Giants

Hoo-Lee and the Giants are playing great baseball right now.

8. Seattle Mariners

They have hit a lot of HR, mostly thanks to their power-hitting catcher.

9. New York Mets

Even with a slow start from Soto, the Mets offense has been great, thanks to Pete Alonso.

10. Philadelphia Phillies

They haven’t even really gotten rolling yet, but they are one of the most feared lineups in the league.
