These are the top 10 World Series favorites right now:

1. Los Angeles Dodgers

The Dodgers, to the surprise of nobody, lead MLB in wins this season.

2. New York Mets

Their starting pitching has been better than expected, and their lineup is great. The Mets are off to a great start.

The offense is amazing, and they are competing with the best in the league head-to-head. They look to be the real deal.

4. Detroit Tigers

Great rotation and getting production from young hitters.

5. Philadelphia Phillies

The Phillies are going to be great all season long, and should also be a tough out come playoff time.

6. San Diego Padres

Have been playing great baseball so far, and it should continue now that Jackson Merrill has returned.

They are playing much better than anyone expected.

8. New York Yankees

They need to get their starting pitching figured out. Beyond Fried and Rodon, it’s been messy.

Their starting pitching is as good as it gets, and their lineup has been hot lately.

They are always solid, but they do have the Tigers and Royals to deal with in their division.
